风云际会，纵横驰骋。经过十多年的发展，中国商业地产市场已成为国际资本和国内资本博弈的战场。近几年，海外的基金、财团密切关注中国商业地产市场，在上海、深圳、广州、天津、南京等国内中心城市，通过整合、兼并、收购，进入国内商业地产领域，以获取巨大的投资回报。国内的商业地产巨头也纷纷走出国门，一个又一个商业项目在俄罗斯、欧洲、中东、澳洲落户。

There has been a sudden and huge change in the development of commercial real estate. After more than ten years of growing, China"s commercial real estate market has already become the battlefield for international and domestic capital to compete in. In recent years, overseas funds and the consortium have paid close attention to China"s commercial real estate market, entered the domestic commercial real estate industry through integration, mergers, acquisitions in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Nanjing, and other national core cities, in order to get huge return. Domestic commercial real estate giants have also gone abroad for development, having successfully settled down commercial projects in Russia, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
Having consecutively organized six sessions of domestic professional commercial real estate exhibitions in China, 2008 Shanghai International Commercial Real Estate Expo will continue to play the role of platform for commercial real estate display, promotion, investment and trading, and will also focus on the commercial real estate development from the international perspective. The exhibition will attract exhibitors from domestic core cities, particularly the outstanding commercial real estate projects exhibitors in Yangtze River Delta region; meanwhile it will display and promote a number of foreign commercial real estate projects from foreign partners of the main organizer. In order to build an efficient and direct business platform for commercial real estate, the exhibition will gather the commercial real estate developers, operators, investment consortium, financial institutions, commercial retailers, commercial real estate investors, consultants, and service providers from all over the world.
