展会背景 Background of the Fair
上交会暨进口商品博览会是上海首个综合性的进口商品展览会,她迎合了中国市场对国际品牌的需求,也迎合了国际品牌进入中国市场的需求。中国是世界上经济增长幅度最快的国家之一,伴随着经济的高速发展,市场对进口商品的需求日益增长,以上海为例,每年社会消费品零售总额呈两位数的增长,进口商品需求旺盛。逐渐富裕起来的中国消费者需要近距离体验和消费进口商品,了解海外市场最新的商品信息和时尚潮流。
The Shanghai Fair as the Shanghai Import Expo is the first comprehensive import expo in Shanghai, which meets the demand of both Chinese market for international brands and international brands to enter Chinese market. China is one of the countries with the fastest economic increase amplitude in the world. As its economy is rapidly developing, its demand for imported commodities is increasing everyday. Taking Shanghai as an example, its total social retail volume of consumer goods is increasing with a two-digit speed every year and the demand for import commodities is in full swing. The gradually wealthy Chinese consumers need close experience and consumption of the imported commodities as well as the knowledge of the latest commodity information and fashion trend in overseas markets.
上交会暨进口商品博览会是上海首个面向中国市场的进口商品展览会。上海是中国最大的经济中心城市,进口商品通过上海市场可以进入华东地区,进而辐射到内地大中城市。为了达到贸易的总体平衡,近年来,中国政府制订了一系列政策,在出口保持健康增长的同时,也鼓励扩大进口。据国家商务部预测,到2010年,中国年进口额将突破万亿美元。适销的进口商品在中国市场将会有其应有的份额。
The Shanghai Fair as the Shanghai Import Expo is the first import expo in Shanghai facing to all the Chinese markets. Shanghai is the biggest economic central city in China and the imported commodities may enter the East China area through the Shanghai market, and then radiate to other inland provinces and cities. In order to achieve general balance of the trade, the Chinese government has made a series of policies in recent years to encourage more import while maintain the export in healthy increase. It is predicted by the Ministry of Commerce of China that the Chinese annual import amount will breakthrough US$ 1,000 billion by the year of 2010. Proper import goods shall have their due shares in Chinese market.

第十六届上交会暨首届进口商品博览会于2007年9月22日在上海展览中心落下帷幕。展会以“引进国际品牌,引领国内消费”为宗旨。来自加拿大、美国、巴西、德国、意大利、澳大利亚、日本、文莱等18个国家以及港台地区的近200家企业参展。四天中,共接待了来自上海及华东地区千余家企业的近万名专业观众,在公众开放日,有1.2万市民观摩了博览会。
The 16th Shanghai Fair as the 1st Shanghai Import Expo closed in the Shanghai Exhibition Center on September 22, 2007, which purpose was “Import international brands, Lead domestic consumption”. About 200 enterprises from Canada, USA, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan and Brunei etc. from 18 countries and Hong Kong, Taiwan region participated in the exhibition. During the 4 days exhibition, around 10,000 professional visitors from over 1,000 enterprises in Shanghai and East China area visited the exhibition. On the public reception day, about 12,000 Shanghai residents visited the Expo.
各国的特色产品吸引了本地商家的目光。博览会期间,上海各区、各行业协会组织相关企业进场与展商进行洽谈,德国的高档锅具、厨具,英国的皇家瓷器,西班牙的饰品,丹麦的女鞋,加拿大的矿泉水、枫糖,意大利的红酒,文莱的工艺品,受到商家的青睐。主办方抽样调查回馈的信息:近八成参展企业在展会中找到了中国市场的合作伙伴。
Specific products of various countries attracted the eyesight of local merchants. During the Expo, industrial associations of various districts and industries of Shanghai organized related enterprises to visit the Expo and discuss with the exhibitors. The Germany high-ranking pots and kitchen articles, British royal porcelain wares, Spanish jewels, Danish lady shoes, Canadian mineral water and maple syrup products, Italian red wine and Brunei art products were appreciated by the merchants. The feedback information surveyed in extract by the sponsor shows: about 80% of the exhibitors found their cooperative or potential partners in Chinese market.
博览会期间,上海市政府、市经委及商务部有关部门的领导会见了主要参展商代表。在主办单位举办的中外企业家联谊酒会上,上海各大商业集团公司、百货商厦和专业进出口公司与各国参展商进行了对口交流。博览会期间举行了加中经贸洽谈会、环球商机和跨国采购国际论坛等一系列活动。上交网在线视频服务还为各国展商提供了更多的商机和增值服务。
During the Expo, leaders of related departments of the Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Economic Committee and the Ministry of Commerce met the main exhibitors. In the dinner party for Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs hosted by the sponsor, large commercial groups, department stores and professional import & export companies of Shanghai made inter-exchange with the exhibitors of various countries. A series of activities, such as the Canada-China Economic Match-Maker Meeting and the International Forum on Global Business Opportunities (2007) etc. were held during the Expo. On-line visual service of its website provided the exhibitors of various countries with more commercial opportunities and value-added service.
四天中,展会共接待专业观众9551人次,其中零售商店、百货公司占30.6%;从事国际贸易的进出口公司占14.5%;制造业和从事国内贸易的公司占28.9%;商务、咨询类公司占8.8%;酒店、宾馆等服务类公司占9.1%;其它公司占7.8%。
In the four days exhibition, the Expo accepted professional visitors of 9,551 man-times in all, in which retailers and department stores accounted for 30.6%, import and export companies 14.5%, manufacturers and domestic trade companies 28.9%, commerce and consultant companies 8.8%, service companies as hotels and restaurants etc. 9.1% and other companies 7.8%.

Allocation of the standard booth: 1 display panel with exhibitor name, 2 spot lamps of 100W, 1 power socket, 1 reception table, 2 chairs and booth carpet.
光地展位由参展商自行或委托承建商搭建,光地展位起租面积36平方米。
Vacant land will be installed by the exhibitor or its trusted contract installer. The minimum rent area of the vacant land is 36 m2.

1、预定展位,递交参展申请表,并在一周内支付30%的定金。
1. Order booth and submit an application form as well as pay 30% deposit within one week.
2、主办方收到参展申请表和定金后,以传真或电邮的方式予以确认。

3、参展商在展会开展前三个月付清全部参展费用。
